What kind of services do you provide?
Our services are varied and comprehensive.  We provide logo design, brochure design, marketing, wide format printing, T shirt & mug  Printing, banner printing, building plan printing, shop front signage, window & vehicle lettering, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require.  Give us a call to see what we can do for you. 

 What is the client's involvement in the design and printing process?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning.  We encourage the client to bring in any samples, colour combinations, and ideas they may have.  During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. 

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design and printing process?
The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process.  We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work.  We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication.  In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update. 

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment.  At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, floppy, or through e-mail.  We may also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy. 

Who owns the copyright for work Creative fine Print has done for me?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment.  We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. 

 

How does your logo design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo.  We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste.  Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind.  Other times, they have no idea what they want.  Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work.  Our logo design service is very flexible.  If you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, our service can be priced according to your needs. 

 

I need something designed and printed today.  Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is.  To be fair to other clients, we operate on a first come first served basis. Give us a call to find out

Our apologies, but we do not work with companies dealing in harmful, unlawful, adult, or questionable material.

 

What is the turnaround time from start to finish for my work order?
Once we receives your work order, the turnaround time will be determined based on the nature and size of your work order. We strive to accommodate all deadlines. Our typical turnaround time is 48 hours.

 

How do I submit my documents for my work order? Which method i.e., software programs are used to submit work orders?
Work orders can be submitted through e-mail, electronic files (USB Stick/Disk) or submitted in hardcopy in person. Creative fine print accepts the following software programs: Publisher, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, JPEG, and PDF files, Adobe, Corel Draw, vector and many more.

 

What is your terms of payment?

We take 70% of the total fee before we commence your job and then the remaining 30% when the job is finished. We accept cash, cheque and direct bank transfer
